Trish, It was really nice to meet you yesterday!! I had a lot of fun and found everything you taught me very useful. I'm looking forward to continuing my lessons with you. --Michael P.
Hi Trish Just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for your help so far!! I had 2 great shows this past week, and could really see the difference! Not only that, but I also had several people who had seen me sing previously tell me that they've noticed a difference--some of them didn't know I was taking lessons!! I very much appreciate your time and guidance. I look forward to our next lesson Thursday!!! Have a great week!! B.
Hi Trish, I just want to let you know how much D. was singing before he left for school today. He really got a lot out of the few times he met w/ you. He used to be so shy & self conscience would NOT get him to sing now. I'm so happy he enjoys it. --Thanks again, A.R.
Dear Trish, Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to meet with me and to introduce me to singing. You are a wonderful teacher and I'll never forget that first experience. --Sincerely, Vanessa
"Hi Trish, I just wanted to express my gratitude for the help you gave me vocally last year. I feel like I'm finally finding my voice."
I really appreciate all the feedback you gave me about projecting and getting outside myself and not singing from my throat.
I think I finally understand what you were talking about. I get pretty consistent favorable response to my singing these days. As a matter of fact, at the West Coast Songwriter's open mic in Sebastopol a couple of weeks go, I won Best Performance. It was a shocker to me. I think of myself as a songwriter more than a performer, especially as a vocalist, but I've also received other favorable comments. I was so emboldened that I actually went to the Hydro last night and sung a song. I'm also showing up at quite a few open mics these days.
